Professional Indemnity Insurance Statement

Following the Grenfell fire tragedy in 2017 there has been an increased focus on the construction and fire safety sector, this has led to some insurers seeking to reduce their exposure to risk. In recent weeks difficulties within the PII sector has become apparent. The issue, a number of Approved Inspector's are currently experiencing, has been exacerbated by an Insurance providers underwriter withdrawing it's cover from the market.

C3 Design Approvals Limited wish to reassure our clients that we are unaffected by these issues. Our insurance provides comprehensive cover for construction projects whether commercial or domestic. Our cover does not contain any exclusions or restriction in relation to the types of work we may be engaged on.
