Matthew is a Chartered Building Engineer and has more than 20 year’s experience in the construction industry. In this time Matthew has worked for Approved Inspectors, Warranty Providers and Local Authority Building Control which gives him an extensive knowledge of Building Regulations, associated legislation, construction processes and detailing. He has significant experience with major projects including transport and distribution hubs, high rise residential schemes, hotels and schools.

Matthew is passionate about the service he provides, is commercially astute and understands industry pressures to deliver compliant buildings to tight deadlines and even tighter budgets. He is always ready to help navigate clients though the maze of legislation whilst limiting their exposure to risk. 

Outside of work Matthew suggests that his interests are mountain biking, surfing and snowboarding. But now that he has 3 young children, Matthew's free time is spent changing nappies and treading on Lego while his bike and boards gather dust in his garage.
