JOSHUA KATIHROB

Josh is an ambitious professional dedicated to excellence in the built environment. His academic foundation includes a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from the University of Salford.

 

Josh's professional credentials include registration as a Class 2F Building Inspector. He holds Chartered Membership with both the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Additionally, he has been awarded Incorporated Engineer status by the Engineering Council.

 

Beyond his primary roles, Josh is an active volunteer with the CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders community, where he helps foster professionalism and support the development of high-quality talent within the construction industry. In January 2026, he was appointed as an ordinary committee member for CABE’s West Midlands region, contributing to the representation of approximately 2,000 members. He also serves as a mentor within the CABE mentoring scheme, guiding the next generation of Building Engineers toward achieving their own Chartership.

 

Outside of work, Josh is a big family man and loves staying active. You will usually find him travelling to new places, capturing life behind the camera lens, or pushing his limits with CrossFit and Hyrox training. He loves a good challenge, whether that is in the gym or exploring somewhere new.
